Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust Subcommittee ranking member David Cicilline (D-R.I.) is likely to face resistance from his Republican counterpart, Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), full committee chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).
