EU: Experts weigh-in to set the tone of 2013 competition enforcement

Analysts are predicting a rigorous and headstrong year for the European Commission when it comes to competition law. According to reports, the tone was set with the late-2012 record-setting fine of nearly $2 billion for price-fixers of cathode ray rubes. According to analysts and experts, a top priority for Europe in 2013 is to maintain healthy competition, and clarifying several processes and regulations should also take shape in the coming year.
