FAS fines for abuse of market dominance will double

Igor Artemyev, head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, has announced that the regulator will double the average fine against a company that abuses its market dominance. Artemyev highlighted in particular the abuse of discrimination in providing access to infrastructure facilities such as power grids.
