Two school bus companies, National Express Corporation and Petermann Partners Inc., have agreed to divest eight contracts and their associated assets in Washington and Texas to resolve the DOJ’s competition concerns with their merger. The contracts will be sold to Student Transportation of America, and the divestitures are to be completed within 30 days.
