Switzerland-based marking firm PubliGroupe has announced the finalization of its sale of a majority buyout of xentive AG to a Boston-based media firm.
According to a press release, the Swiss company sold its 51 percent stake in xentive to Mediaspectrum, which specializes in content management and advertising, following approval by the Swiss Competition Commission.
The deal, first announced last July, is now complete and will have all xentive employees operate as an independent subsidiary of Mediaspectrum, the press release said.
