Two Mobile real estate investors indicted for bid-rigging AL real estate auctions

A federal grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama has indicted two Mobile real estate investors and their company, J & R Properties. The individual investors are father and son, Robert and Jason Brannon, respectively, were rigging bids at public real estate foreclosure auctions in southern Alabama. After the public auction, a secret, second auction was held for the property.
