U.S.: Reports say Twitter wants case brought by PeopleBrowsr to move to federal court

According to PeopleBrowsr, the social analytics company who filed a restraining order against Twitter to maintain access to Twitter’s fire hose of information aggregated of its more than 500 million active users, has followed up with the press on the current case, claiming that Twitter “changed its position” on the conflict by filing a Notice of Removal in Federal Court on Tuesday. The filing occurred the night before the discovery hearing. According to the report, Twitter is now saying that the case between the social networking company and PeopleBrowsr is now a federal antitrust case that belongs in Federal Court.
