UK: Tycoon’s former property firm scrutinized for price-fixing

The Office of Fair Trading launched an investigation into property management company Cirrus, once owned by property tycoon Vincent Tchenguiz, for allegations of price-fixing. Reports say the company received a statement of objections to Cirrus and three other companies over suspicions the four colluded to fix prices of contracts so Cirrus would win work between 2005 and 2009. Tchenguiz acquired the company in 2007.
