United Rentals, RSC Holdings receive no-action letter from Competition Bureau
United Rentals and RSC Holdings have announced receipt of a no-action letter from the Canadian Competition Bureau. The letter indicates that the Bureau does not intend to oppose the acquisition of RSC Holdings by United Rentals. United Rentals is the world’s largest equipment rental company; United States-based RSC Holdings is a holding company for RSC Equipment Rental, which services construction markets in North America.
