An antirust partner at Jones Day has reportedly left the firm to join Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
According to reports, Fiona Schaeffer will join Milbank as a partner in New York. She specializes in competition law and advises on merger transactions, reports say, as well as regulatory matters.
According to the American Bar Association, Schaeffer is also a member of the Council of the ABA Section of International Law, as well as the chair of the Antitrust Committee of the Association’s Antitrust Section. Further, she also chairs the Committee of the New York City Bar’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation.
