Nestlé podría verse forzado a vender varias de sus marcas brasileñas con tal de obtener el visto bueno de la Autoridad de competencia de aquel país, el CADE, en su esperada compra de la empresa de confitería Garoto. Nestlé podría deshacerse de marcas de chocolate como Serenata de Amor, Chokito, Lollo y Sensação.
