Report: Global eCommerce Sales Exceeded $1 Trillion In 2012

Global eCommerce sales surpassed the $1 trillion threshold in 2012, according to a report by eMarketer.

The report indicates that North American sales have jumped 14 percent on a year-to-year basis to hit $365 billion, while Asia-Pacific sales have risen by 33 percent to hit $322 billion. Asia-Pacific sales are expected to surpass North American figures in 2013.
