Germany: Two acquisitions expand engineering and services empire around Europe
Engineering and services group Bilfinger is looking to expand its empire outside of Germany with two acquisitions resulting in what it calls the “largest provider of construction logistics.” Bilginer acquired CCL Consulting & Construction Logistics GmbH, which is based in Berlin with major markets in Switzerland and the Netherlands. The price for the acquisition was not disclosed and the deal remains subject to regulatory approval. The deal, settled last February, was accompanied by another transaction also in the same month with Bilfinger acquiring engineering company Rostek & Stolz.
