ACCC approves Telstra’s structural separation undertaking and draft migration plan

The ACCC has accepted Telstra’s structural separation undertaking and approved its draft migration plan to the national broadband network. Telstra made improvements to interim measures to ensure quality and protection of consumer information, pledged to deliver price equivalence through new wholesale contracts using ACCC access determination prices, and promised to renegotiate existing wholesale ADSL contracts on request.
