Another individual pleads guilty to pump gas price-fixing conspiracy in Thetford Mines

Another individual has pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to pump gasoline price-fixing in Thetford Mines, Quebec. Robert Murphy was a former territorial manager at Sonic. For his role in the scheme he was sentenced to a $7,500 fine. Twenty-two individuals and six companies have pleaded guilty in this case, and fines have surpassed $2.8 million. Six individuals received prison sentences.
