Australia: Competition meet-up stresses importance of ‘joining forces’

Global experts of the antitrust field gathered in Sydney for the IBA 9th Competition Midyear Conference where regulators stressed the importance of bridging regional and national bridges and pulling together. Antitrust lawyers, economists and regulators from Europe, the US and Asia gathered to reinforce the global trend of growing competition law around the globe. The conference reportedly lasted through the “last weeks of March.”
