China: AnJie grows in Shanghai

AnJie Law Firm recently added Wu Yuanyuan to its Shanghai office as a partner in the firm’s antitrust practice. Wu’s practice focuses on antitrust and commercial dispute resolution.

She is experienced in advising as a lead lawyer on antitrust compliance and risk management for Chinese and foreign-invested enterprises, and also in representing foreign or foreign-invested enterprises in litigation and arbitration.

She is also a member of the competition and antitrust committee with the Shanghai Bar Association.
