E.U.: Finnish stainless-steelmaker sued by fellow colluder

Finnish stainless-steelmaker Outokumpu Oyj said Tuesday it has been sued by Swedish metal company Boliden AB for failing to pay for some of the damages from a lawsuit that claimed Boliden and other companies were involved in price-fixing for copper tubing. The European Commission has fined both Boliden and Outokumpu in 2004 for participating in a cartel to inflate the prices of sanitary copper tubing.
