The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee has granted Dean Foods’ motion to dismiss the remaining two claims in a milk price-fixing suit. Dean Foods, the nation’s largest dairy processor, had been accused of manipulating milk prices in the southeast U.S. The suit has been dismissed in its entirety, and the plaintiffs are to recover nothing.
