As agricultural services company Afgri Operations nears the finalization of its merger with Senwes, the management of their joint venture has announce the two parties will shift their focus to the integration of their retail assets. CEO Chris Venture said he is looking to finalize the integration without interrupting any service to farmers. The parties’ venture was approved last Friday. Both of the companies consist of 66 stores in various locations throughout South Africa.
