The UK’s Office of Fair Trading has referred the planned merger of London-based media giant Red Bee Media by Swedish communications firm Ericsson to the Competition Commission, say reports.

Red Bee offers linear television services to various platforms around the globe, according to its website.
Financial details of the proposed buyout were not disclosed.
