The American Antitrust Institute has announced the promotions of two key members of its staff as the group reorganizes its structure to prepare for a new president.
Current AAI President Bert Foer step down from the position at the end of December. He will be preceded by current Vice President Diana Moss.
Subsequently, the AAI announced last Thursday that current AAI General Counsel Richard Brunell will be boosted to Vice President, while current Senior Counsel and Director of Special Projects Randy M. Stutz has been promoted to Associate General Counsel.
According to reports, Brunell temporarily left the AAI to join the Federal Trade Commission, but returned to the AAI last year. Stutz, meanwhile, joined the AAI from private practice, the AAI says.
