An antitrust lawyer from Dickinson Wright PLLC has been elected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, according to reports.
Attorney Daniel D. Quick is a member of Dickinson Wright’s Commercial Litigation, Antitrust & Trade Regulation practice, for which he is Practice Department Manager. His specialties focus on copyright, intellectual property and other competition-related matters, the firm says.
Quick is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
According to reports, the Litigation Counsel of America is made up of less that one-half of one percent of US lawyers; the group is a trial lawyer honorary society and elects its fellows based on effectiveness and accomplishments in litigation.
