US: Bitcoin group enters merger agreement

 |  March 3, 2015

Tera Group Inc, the operator of the US’s first regulated Bitcoin, recently signed a merger agreement with MGT Capital Investment. This merger adds a crucial step that should make the former a publicly listed company, Fierce Finance reported.
