US: FTC announces forum on pharmaceutical competition

 |  November 10, 2013

The US Federal Trade Commission announced Friday it plans to hold a public workshop next month to discuss the current state of competition within the pharmaceutical sector and how state regulation impacts the market.

The workshop, to be held December 10 in Washington, D.C., will look at how state legislation has affected the market.
