Two rooftop business owners in Chicago are suing the Chicago Cubs and its owner Tom Ricketts for violating a profit sharing agreement. The lawsuit claims that the Cubs are attempting to create a monopoly by fixing ticket prices and thereby violating the Sherman Antitrust Act.
