US: Two new aluminum lawsuits stacked on Goldman Sachs

Two more lawsuits have been filed against Goldman Sachs accusing the company of fixing aluminum prices and hording the metal in warehouses, say reports. The lawsuits, class-actions filed in New York and Arkansas, demand a jury trial. The New York case names Viva Railings LLC and Regal Recycling Inc. as plaintiffs; the Arkansas case names boat builder Team Ward Inc. as the plaintiff. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission subpoenaed Goldman Sachs over the same accusations, which officials claim artificially spiked aluminum prices.
