Spain Publishes Its Consultations On Regulating Digital Platforms

Spain’s CNMC has contributed to the public consultations of the “European Commission on the Digital Services Act (DSA”) and the “New Competition Tool” (NCT)” with two documents that contain its position on both proposed Community regulations.
