The Federal State Unitary Enterprise National Fish Resources, Natsrybresurs of the Federal Fisheries Agency faces charges with the antitrust regulator.
Deputy Head of the FAS Alexander Kinyov and director of the FAS regional office Sergei Vyalykh slammed Natsrybresurs for non-transparent procedures while conducting quota allocation tenders, poor property management and reminded of several investigations and cases having been launched against the Federal Fisheries Agency’s unit.
“The Primorsky Krai FAS is investigating into a tendering process conducted by Natsrybresurs for the contract for agency service. It’s related to the management of hydraulic engineering installations based in the Primorsky Krai and Kamchatka territories, Sakhalin and Magadan regions,” the regional press office quoted Sergei Vyalykh as saying.
