US: Dentons looking to merge again with US firm

    In the fall of 2013, a previous attempt at a merger fell apart shortly before a ratification vote when McKenna Long partners in Washington took exception to the deal in the face of management’s continued support.

    Dentons is already poised to become the largest firm in the world by head count when it formalizes its merger with Chinese firm Dacheng, announced in January.
