US: Hawaii firm welcomes new antitrust lawyer

Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing announced Wednesday that it has hired three new layers for its office in Honolulu, Hawaii, and one of those lawyers is an antitrust expert.

    According to reports, Nick Kacprowski will join the firm as an attorney of counsel. He is a commercial litigator with a focus in antitrust matters as well as class actions, contract disputes and other areas.

    He joins AHFI from the US District Court for the District of Hawaii, where he was a clerk; before that he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in San Francisco.
