US: Kennedy and Coe hire boosts M&A consulting

Kennedy and Coe has reportedly hired consultant Pat Hayes to expand its mergers and acquisitions advisory team.

    Hayes will join Kennedy and Coe LLC from BKD LLC. Reports say he has more than 10 years of experience in M&A services.

    While at BKD, Hayes served as senior vice president of its Corporate Finance operation.

    Kennedy and Coe is based in the Kansas City area; the firm had $33.8 million in revenue at the end of last year.
