US: Time Warner gains new buyout suitor

    Reports say Cox Communications wants in on a deal, according to an unnamed source, who said Cox is willing to discuss a potential merger or full acquisition.

    Cox, however, declined to comment on the matter.

    News of the additional suitor comes just days after reports said Comcast and Charter are potentially discussing a joint buyout of the cable company.
