India: Case thrown out against Omaxe for anti-competitive behavior

The CCI has thrown out a case made against Omaxe by two individuals charging Omaxe with anti-competitive behavior. The suit filed stated that Omaxe reserved the right to choose a maintenance agency at its own discretion, deciding upon Shanvi Estate Management Services, for a housing project. Regulators reviewed the case and found no evidence of competition violation.
