Australia: ACCC fines CNT Corp for exaggerating broadband speeds

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has fined wholesale broadband provider CNT Corp A$20,000 for exaggerating speeds on its fibre broadband network to its wholesale customers, who in turn misrepresented speeds to retail customers.
