India: Competition regulator rejects claims against real estate developer

The Competition Commission on Monday rejected a complaint regarding alleged abuse of dominance by real estate developer Supertech, as the competition regulator did not find any evidence to support the charges. Shivang Agarwal and Shubham Agarwal, launched a complaint against the real estate developer for arbitrarily deciding the price and raising demand contrary to the agreed terms.
