Commission gives Asahi-Interpane glass merger the all-clear

The European Commission has cleared AGC Glass Europe’s proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in Interpane Glas and Interpane Glass Holding. AGC Glass Europe is controlled by Japan-based Asahi Glass. The Hesselbach family will continue to hold the remainder of Interpane, as well as a controlling stake, through holding company Helgejos Glass.
