Ace sale to Electra Consumer Products approved by Antitrust Authority

The Antitrust Authority has approved the sale of Ace, a DIY retail chain for home improvement and design solutions, to Electra Consumer Products. Globes reports that the watchdog may have placed conditions on the deal, which was court-approved in January for NIS 129 million.
