Court rules Samsung can sell Galaxy Tab 10.1N over Apple’s objections

A Dusseldorf state court has ruled that Samsung can sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany because of “clear differences” between the tablet device and Apple’s iPad. The decision lies in contrast to the Higher Regional Court’s ruling last week, which banned the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9.
