Roxann E. Henry has departed from Morrision & Foerster LLP (MoFo) and will continue as an antitrust lawyer, now with a focus on consulting, compliance, monitoring, opinions, and representing individuals.
She is a former Chair of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association, she started her antitrust career at Howrey & Simon, then left to become the Co-Chair of the Global Practice Group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP before moving to MoFo in 2012. Ms Henry continues to recommend MoFo’s antitrust practice and praised its excellent leadership under Jeff Jaeckel.
Ms Henry has handled all aspects of competition law, including criminal defense, treble damage litigation, compliance advice, and merger and other civil investigations, and, as lead counsel, won a rare corporate criminal antitrust jury acquittal.
