Brazil’s Antitrust Regulator OKs L’Oreal Deal

Cade, Brazil’s antitrust regulator, recommended the approval of the sale of Aesop brand by Natura & Co to L’Oreal, a French cosmetics company, as reported by the country’s daily gazette on Wednesday.

    According to the regulations set by the governing body, the approval becomes final within 15 calendar days of its publication, provided there are no appeals filed.
