Brazil’s Watchdog Approves Acquisition Of Grupo Athenas By Yduqs

Brazilian education company Yduqs Participacoes announced on Tuesday, July 21, that local antitrust watchdog CADE has approved its acquisition of smaller rival Grupo Athenas, according to a securities filing.
