
Joseph Ostoyich and William Lavery have joined Clifford Chance as antitrust litigation partners in the US antitrust practice, the firm said Tuesday.
Ostoyich brings to the firm more than 30 years’ experience advising Fortune 500, Global 1000 and large private companies on antitrust private litigations and antitrust investigations. He has been the lead trial counsel on numerous antitrust matters and holds deep experience in price fixing and monopolization litigation, class actions, and in merger and non-merger investigations.
