Estudio Trevisán’s original partner Dr. Pablo Trevisán has returned as a partner.
Pablo Trevisán has 25 years of professional experience, both in law firms and companies, and in the public sector, having specialized in matters of competition defense, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and financial law.
He was a member of the National Commission for the Defense of Competition (CNDC), between 2015 and 2020. He is co-author of the draft law on the defense of competition, sanctioned as Law 27,442 in May 2018.

Between 2003 and 2010, he worked for the Banco Hipotecario and IRSA group, as General Counsel of BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. He was a partner at Estudio Trevisán between 2001 and 2015, and an associate at Estudio O’Farrell, between 1997 and 2000. In 2001 he worked as a foreign associate at White & Case (Brussels, Belgium), in competition law matters.
