FTC Cancels March 18 Workshop on Draft Vertical Merger Guidelines

Due to the developing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, and consistent with guidance from the Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has canceled its planned March 18, 2020, workshop on the draft Vertical Merger Guidelines. The FTC workshop was to be the second of a two-part series hosted with the US Department of Justice.
