Richard G. Parker and Grant A. Bermann have joined Milbank as partners in Washington, D.C., further strengthening the firm’s Global Antitrust and Competition group with a leading U.S. antitrust team.
Mr. Parker is a preeminent antitrust expert, who in recent decades has earned high accolades as one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers, and is a former Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition. Mr. Bermann is an experienced antitrust attorney and a rising star at the DOJ who has litigated some of the most important antitrust disputes in recent years on behalf of the United States.
