Payment fraud comes with many lasting impacts – from disgruntled customers to financial losses. But for issuers, the burden lies in carrying out the painstaking process of investigating and resolving the ever-growing number of disputes. With fraud on the rise, how can issuers stay afloat in a sea of cases?

Last year, payment fraud losses cost banks and merchants nearly $16.31 billion, with roughly $6.4 billion of that solely caused by card not present fraud. Keeping up with the alarmingly high rate of fraud, along with the expenses and losses incurred long after, is no easy feat. However, automation may be the secret weapon in helping issuers keep operation efficiency up and overhead down.

On Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 1:00 PM (EST), join Ankur Karer, Head of Global Pre-Sales of CA Technologies, and MPD CEO Karen Webster for a live digital discussion — “Achieving Card Operations Nirvana” – on the best practices for issuers to improve operational efficiency and the steps needed to attain the goal.
