US: CargoSprint beats shipping logistics antitrust suit

PayCargo failed to offer enough economic detail to back up its claims that CargoSprint used its warehouse logistics software to monopolize payment processing services for cargo shippers and freight carriers, a Georgia federal judge ruled November 5. But the company can try again, reported Bloomberg.
