La Fiscalía Nacional Económica de Chile aprobó en forma “pura y simple” la adquisición de control por parte de DSV A/S sobre Panalpina Welttransport Holding AG- solicitud que le fue notificada el 10 de mayo de 2019- al considerar que la operación no implica riesgos que puedan reducir sustancialmente la competencia en los mercados involucrados.
