España: CNMC opina favorablemente sobre regulación de servicios de confianza, exige cautela
La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) ve “positivo” que se cree un nuevo marco legal para regular determinados aspectos de los servicios electrónicos de confianza, si bien aboga por imponer cautelas en el intercambio de información sensible entre potenciales competidores.
